Most of us have been taught to push harder, achieve more, and never let up. But relentless striving doesn’t equal fulfillment. In fact, it often leaves us anxious, exhausted, and unsure if we’re even climbing the right mountain.
Ease Up invites you to let go of ego-driven goals, rigid agendas, and the narrow definition of “success.” When you do, something surprising happens: you gain more capacity. You can still be committed and active in the world, but from a place of inner and outer ease that changes everything.
And don’t worry: you won't lose your edge. Instead, you’ll have the spaciousness and clarity of mind to choose your edge.
The path of True Wealth is not another self-improvement project. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about recognizing that wealth is an inside and an outside job. It’s about revealing who you really are, what you’re here to give, and how to offer it.
You want to get functional in all the essentials so you can reap these benefits and live a rich life. Sometimes this requires focused action. And sometimes it involves simply being. The question becomes: Who are you being in the midst of doing? Ease Up is where you learn to take your foot off the gas and bring more kindness, wisdom, and compassion to all that you do.
The master move here isn’t about adding more—it’s about recognizing that you already possess the wealth you’ve been chasing. In Buddhist terms, this is experiencing your True Nature. It’s all called your True Self, Higher Self, Real Self, or No Self. Whatever name you use, the point is the same: true wealth is already within you.
And you don’t do this by force. You get there by letting go.
Meditation and mindful awareness are core supports here. These practices help you connect with something deeper than your mental chatter. The more time you spend on the cushion, the more you begin to see your thoughts for what they are: passing weather systems. Over time you may start to access something astonishingly simple and profound—your own True Nature.
This is the key that unlocks everything.
But what exactly is your True Nature and what does it feel like?
Buddhism describes your True Nature as the primordially pure essence of awareness. That might sound heady and esoteric. But the poets, sages, and scientists have been pointing to this in their own way for centuries:
This immense, boundless reality; the wonder of the vast expanse; the light that pervades everything; this fundamental okayness—none of it depends on your achievements, status, or productivity. It simply is. And it always has been—like the clear blue sky behind the clouds. And when you touch it, even for a moment, it feels like relief. Like coming home.
Chances are you’ve already had a glimpse. Maybe you were stuck at a red light, or watching a sunset, and something in you stilled. Despite everything going wrong, something in you whispered, It’s okay. I’m okay. You paused. You felt it. You might not have named it, but it was there.
Have you experienced this? What were the circumstances? What was it like?
“It doesn’t matter what path you follow—Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, walking in nature,” said Khandrola. “If you grow your heart, you’ll offer that, no matter your position. And that’s what people need to see—that business, leadership, and influence can be guided by love.”
